Cancellation Policy

Kimono repairs ○If the kimono becomes dirty or damaged during rental, repair costs will be incurred. Minor stains and fraying are free, but if the damage is extensive, repair costs and compensation will be charged. ○We do not accept kimono rentals from pregnant women. *If you are unable to inform us in advance that you are pregnant and any trouble occurs, we will not be held responsible. ○Please note that payment is only accepted in cash. ○Regarding changes and cancellations, if you wish to change the kimono you have selected in advance, please contact us by 6:00 p.m. the day before. If you wish to cancel, please do so by 6:00 p.m. the day before. If you cancel after this time, we will charge you 2,200 yen (tax included) per person. ○Regarding date and time changes, if the date or time is changed due to a typhoon or bad weather, please complete the procedure by 6:00 p.m. the day before and let us know a convenient date. *If you wish to cancel rather than change the date, a cancellation fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged per person after 6:00 p.m. the day before. ◎Precautions when wearing a kimono ・Do not wear perfume, as it will not come off if it gets on the kimono. ・To protect yourself from the summer heat Please bring a drink, sweat wipes, cooling sheets, a parasol (parasols are available for rental), and a handy fan. ※Please apply sunscreen to your arms before putting on the kimono. About summer innerwear ・Yukata and summer kimonos are thin, so your underwear may be visible depending on the kimono you choose. If you prepare your own innerwear, we recommend that you choose top and bottom innerwear with a minimal pattern. We also have kimono underwear available at our store, so please apply from the options if you need it. ・For men, we recommend a V-neck innerwear. Winter innerwear ・On cold days, we recommend wearing warm innerwear under your kimono. ・Recommended items Please bring your own scarf, gloves, and hand warmers. ※We do not recommend stick-on hand warmers as they may cause low-temperature burns. ・We also have haori and shawls available as options. If you need them, please apply from the options menu. (Women only)
